Upload only material you own or are authorised to process. Do not upload confidential third-party QMS documents, personal data, export-controlled data, trade secrets or security credentials without a lawful basis, permission and appropriate safeguards.

Do not use the service for illegal activity, malware, harassment, deceptive records, impersonation, unsafe instructions, automated high-impact decisions, infringement, attempts to bypass limits or access another account. Do not use outputs as legal, medical, financial, safety-certification or engineering approval advice.

Do not ask the service to reproduce substantial official standards or copyrighted manuals. Use clause prompts only as navigation aids and verify against legitimately obtained official text.

We may remove content, suspend access or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or comply with law. We will use proportionate measures and provide notice where appropriate.
