Terms of Service

Conformly is an online-only digital SaaS operated by LRD QMS LIMITED. It creates editable quality manual sections, procedures, internal-audit checklists, NCR/CAPA drafts, process diagrams and training explainers. No physical goods, field audit, installation, diagnosis or certification service is provided.

You must be 18 or older to contract in your own name. Users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian permission. Children under 13 may not use the service.

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify support of suspected misuse. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for controlling team-folder access. We may restrict access to protect users or investigate a material breach.

Prices are in USD. Manager and Studio renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over; there are no stored-value balances or top-up packs. Taxes may be added where required. Payment is processed by Stripe or another payment option expressly shown at checkout.

You may cancel future renewal through the billing portal or support. Access continues to the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise. The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.

Conformly produces AI-assisted quality-management templates and reference drafts. It is not a certification or accreditation body, does not issue or represent any certificate, and does not replace a third-party certification audit. Outputs require review by a competent quality professional against the current official standard and the organisation’s actual system.

Official standards are copyrighted publications. Clause references in outputs are prompts to verify, not a reproduction or authoritative interpretation. You are responsible for accurate inputs, suitability, approvals, document control, confidentiality and use in your organisation.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not present output as an official standard, certificate, accreditation, completed audit finding or guarantee; mislead a customer, regulator or certification body; or upload material without the right to process it.

We aim to provide a reliable service but generation speed and availability may vary. We may change features to protect security, improve quality or meet law. Material subscription changes will be notified in advance where required.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Conformly is not liable for certification outcomes, audit findings, lost business, indirect loss or decisions made from unreviewed outputs. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the event, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; courts there have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
