Content License

You retain ownership of process descriptions, files and other content you submit. You grant Conformly and its processors a limited, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, transform and transmit that content only to operate, secure and improve the requested generation and delivery functions.

As between you and Conformly, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use, edit and distribute outputs created for your account. Similar outputs may be generated for others. AI output may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

You may not remove a required template-only or competent-review notice in a way that makes an unreviewed output misleading. You may not claim ownership of official standards text, third-party content or platform software. Your use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Conformly software, interface, brand, original explanatory copy and template taxonomy remain owned by us or our licensors. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service during the subscription term.

We do not use customer prompts, files or generated outputs to train our own or a third party’s general-purpose model. Limited processing for abuse prevention, security and delivery quality is described in the Privacy Policy.
